DULUTH, MN-- A local non-profit aimed to inspire kids just got a big check donation.

Motorhead Madness returned to Duluth to give car enthusiasts something to roar about, as well as donate a portion of the profits to the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northland.

On Wednesday Motorhead Madness leaders presented a $3,000 check to the club’s Duluth branch.

“As the new local owners of Motorhead Madness, we decided when we acquired this event that we wanted to give back to the Duluth/Superior community where we live, work, and play.”

Motorhead Madness came back in 2022 under new ownership.

The show featured street rods, trucks, race cars, pro-street, rat rods, antiques, cycles and more.

The Boys & Girls Clubs’ mission is to empower and inspire young people to reach their full potential as caring, productive, responsible citizens.

The money will go toward out-of-school programming like sports, field trips, mental health services, and healthy meals which are especially important during the summer months.
