Aaron Pike and Susannah Scaroni both crowned 4-time champions in Grandma’s Marathon elite wheelchair race
DULUTH, MN. (KBJR) - On Saturday morning in Canal Park two champions were crowned in the 2022 Grandma’s Marathon elite wheelchair race.
In the men’s division, Aaron Pike earned his fourth title with a time of 1:20:02, eliminating 0.58 seconds off of his PR.
On the women’s side, Susannah Scaroni earned her fourth title as well, crossing the finish line with a new PR, 1:26:31 slicing nearly four seconds off of her previous record. Scaroni’s new time is a new world’s best.
