Huskies offense explodes in home opener, 17-9 over Mud Puppies

DULUTH, MN. (KBJR) - The Duluth Huskies offense finally showed up with a huge win for their home opener.
They out-scored the Minnesota Mud Puppies 17-9, powered by Noah Marcelo’s 7 RBI’s, including a grand slam in the third inning. Duluth improves to 1-2 overall.
They continue their homestand with another game against the Mud Puppies on Thursday afternoon at 12:05pm.
