Superior Middle School student in custody for alleged threat of violence
SUPERIOR, WI-- A Superior Middle School student is in custody Tuesday after school staff found out about a list of names allegedly made to scare another student.
According to officers, the 12-year-old attending SMS showed another student a list of names he “intended to harm.”
The student was then reported and isolated by school staff and Superior police officers were called.
Police say the child admitted he wrote the list in an attempt to scare the student he was showing the list to.
He is currently in the custody of the Superior Police Department and could face charges.
