Frosty night ahead, overall cooler week
AFTERNOON/TONIGHT: This afternoon we will see mostly sunny skies and breezy winds. Tonight the skies remain clear and the winds will become calm. Lows will tumble into the 30′s tonight, and there is a chance of patchy frost across the Iron Range and International Border region. I would recommend covering any plants or gardens tonight if you live in those areas.
TUESDAY: With high pressure in place, we will start out with sunny skies, but then see increasing clouds in the afternoon to become mostly cloudy. Highs will be in the mid-50′s with southeast winds 5-10mph.
WEDNESDAY: Wednesday we will see mostly cloudy skies and warmer temperatures. Highs will climb into the mid-60′s with southwest winds 10-15mph. There will also be a 60% chance of rain and scattered thunderstorms in the late afternoon and into the evening hours.
THURSDAY: Thursday we will see mostly cloudy skies and a 60% chance of showers and thunderstorms that will persist into the overnight hours. Highs will be in the upper 50′s and lower 60′s.
