Another day with potential severe weather
TODAY: We’ll see scattered showers and t-storms today, mainly toward the second half of the day, with a mix of clouds and sun. Highs reach the 50s and 60s near Lake Superior with 70s and 80s away from the lake. Storms become more numerous later this evening into the early overnight hours. A couple severe storms are possible, especially to our west. The main threats will be large hail, strong winds, and heavy rain, but a couple isolated tornadoes aren’t out of the question.
FRIDAY: A stray lingering storm or two will be possible in the morning hours. Otherwise, we’ll see decreasing clouds with highs in the 70s to around 80 degrees for many locations.
SATURDAY: A slight chance for light showers and rumbles of thunder moves in for Saturday. Otherwise, we’ll see partly cloudy skies with highs in the 70s to around 80 degrees.
