Another day of foul weather tomorrow
AFTERNOON/TONIGHT: This afternoon we will see increasing clouds from west to east. Tonight we will be mostly cloudy with a slight chance of some scattered light snow showers as a warm front pushes into the region. Lows will be right around freezing tonight. Winds will be southeast 5-15mph.
WEDNESDAY: On Wednesday we will see cloudy skies with rain and snow showers. We will likely see the bulk of this precip. in the late morning and afternoon. Snow will be mostly north of Duluth. Most areas north of Duluth will see between 1-4″ of snow. However, Cook county could see 4-8″ with some lake enhancement. Highs will be in the mid-30′s with southeast winds 10-20mph.
THURSDAY: A dry slot of air will slide in on Thursday behind the departing low. This will bring partly sunny skies and drier conditions. Highs will be in the mid to upper 40′s with breezy winds out of the northwest 10-15mph.
FRIDAY: On Friday we will see our next big system move in. There will be a chance of showers in the afternoon hours, otherwise mostly cloudy skies and breezy winds out of the east. Rain continues to move in throughout the overnight hours. Some freezing could occur in a few spots, but there is still some uncertainty there. We could also see a few isolated thunderstorms out of this system. The rain will continue into Saturday.
