Gusty winds today, but good news about temperatures!
TODAY: Wind chills for the first half of the day will approach -40°F at times, so make sure to bundle up as you head out the door! Clouds quickly increase this morning with winds becoming gusty out of the SW at 10-20 MPH, gusting over 30 MPH at times. Temperatures continue to rise until just after midnight, with high temperatures reaching the teens to low 20s. Light snow moves into the region late tonight into early Thursday morning. Most areas will see under an inch of new snow.

THURSDAY: Our high temperatures happen just after midnight as temperatures will fall throughout the day. Temperatures begin in the teens and low 20s, reaching the single digits and teens below zero by the late evening hours. Skies become partly cloudy with winds out of the NW at 5-15 MPH. Some lake effect snow will be possible east of Ashland along the South Shore as well, with up to 2″ of additional accumulation possible.
FRIDAY: Highs reach the single digits and teens above zero with partly cloudy skies. Lows drop into the single digits above and below zero with mostly cloudy skies.
