DULUTH, MN. (KBJR) - The Salvation Army still needs bell ringers to meet their Red Kettle goal this year.

According to the Duluth branch, as of Tuesday, November 30th, they’ve raised $32,578.10 since the kettles went out November 13th.

Their goal for this year is $220,000.

All the money stays local and supports Salvation Army programs like their food shelf, housing, and emergency support.

They still need more volunteers to ring bells, with more than 2,500 unfilled hours.

You can sign up online.

The Red Kettle campaign ends on Christmas Eve.
