Olympic gold medalist John Shuster, as well as the USA men's curling team, are continuing their tour of Northland schools.
On Tuesday, the team made a stop at Duluth's Ordean East Middle School, and brought messages of staying active and setting goals.
It's all part of Grandma's Marathon and Essentia Health pairing up for their fit-n-fun series, where they invite influential individuals in the community to interact with local students.
The programs main goal is to show the students different aspects of playing sports, such as teamwork, and leadership.
"Coming home with gold medals as Olympic champions - it makes it where our platform now is a lot more meaningful, I think. This is where it gets really fun for us to share this with kids," said gold medalist John Shuster.
The Olympians also visited the Superior Middle School.
