Suspect pleads guilty to murder of Duluth college student

DULUTH, MN -

One of five suspects has pleaded guilty to murdering a UMD college student in February of last year.

Noah Baker, 20, pleaded guilty to second degree murder on Friday.

According to court documents, three other charges, including two counts of first degree murder, have been dismissed. 

William Grahek, 22, was killed in his East Hillside home after three suspects allegedly demanded Grahek give them his "stash", and then shot him twice when he refused.

Baker's sentencing has been scheduled for 8:30 a.m. on May 24th.
