Starting Monday, you'll have to go the long way around the Minnesota Slip.
Crews will be giving the "Blue Bridge" a fresh coat of paint, which will force the popular footbridge in Duluth's Canal Park to close to the public.
The work includes encapsulating the bridge and then sandblasting the old paint before applying what city leaders call a "teal" colored paint.
The bridge is expected to be closed to the public until May 3.
