Mikaya Goodin leads a group of four UW-Superior women's hockey players named to the all-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) team, it was announced on Thursday afternoon.
Goodin is the lone two-time honoree among the four, which also includes Sky Brown, Kaleigh Martinson, and Saige Patrick. The four selections were the most of any one team in the league.
Head coach Dan Laughlin was also named the league's coach of the year, that after leading the Yellowjackets to an overall record of (14-11-2) this season.
Hermantown, Minn. native Callie Hoff (UW-River Falls) and Hayward, Wis. native Holly Turnbull (UW-Eau Claire) were also named to the all-WIAC team, and both are first-time selections.
