A Minnesota woman arrested on drug related charges has been sentenced to more than eight years in prison.
Christina Garza, 38, was charged with first degree sale of meth and cocaine, along with first degree possession of meth and cocaine in Carlton County in June of 2017.
She was convicted of all charges in January, along with charges of introducing contraband into a prison facility.
In June of last year, police found a pound of meth that was purchased during an undercover operation.
Garza will serve 105 months in the Shakopee Minnesota Correctional Facility, with credit for 252 days served.
She was found guilty in Carlton County court of selling 17 grams or more of cocaine or meth.
