A Hibbing man will spend the next two decades behind bars for producing, attempting to produce and possessing images and video containing child pornography.
Kevin Petroske, 36, was sentenced on Tuesday after he was found guilty on August 30th, 2017.
At Petroske's trial, police said they received a report of a man peering into a Hibbing home in late October of 2015.
The suspect was later identified as Petroske, who officials later found had prior convictions for felony stalking in Stearns County, and an open investigation for possession of child pornography in Benton County.
Investigators later found videos and photos of child pornography on Petroske's laptop.
In addition, many of the video were recordings of minor females Petroske had filmed without their knowing through the windows of their homes.
The victims were in their bedrooms and bathrooms, and Petroske could be heard making sexual comments in many of the videos.
Following his time in prison, Petroske will also spend ten years on supervised release.
