If you ever wondered about the impact of curling on the Northland, all you had to do was observe the fans at the Duluth Curling Club Saturday morning during the Olympic gold medal game.
Hundreds came out to cheer on the United States men's curling team as it fought for its first-ever Olympic gold medal against top-ranked Sweden.
