President Trump will lay out his long-touted infrastructure plan Monday, as it heads to the U.S. House Representatives as a big, and pricey, push for projects.
The plan comes with a $1.5 trillion price tag, financed in part, through public-private partnerships.
The President referenced the plan during his State of the Union address, calling on state and local governments to pitch in.
