Duluth Mayor Emily Larson has thrown her support behind a candidate for Minnesota governor.
Larson announced she's supporting Democrat Chris Coleman.
Coleman is the former St. Paul mayor, serving in that role from 2006 until last year.
The candidate plans to join Larson in Duluth Monday, for a tour of the Superior Street reconstruction project.
Coleman is part of a crowded field of Democratic candidates hoping to fill the seat Gov. Mark Dayton will leave in November.
There are also several Republican candidates who have officially entered the race.
