The U.S. Government is officially open for business.
Congress voted to end the government shutdown after three days of tense negotiations.
On the Senate side, 33 Democrats joined Republicans in an 81 to 18 vote to fund the government through February 8.
In exchange, Democrats got GOP assurances that the Senate will vote on a larger immigration bill to address "Dreamers" by that date.
Shortly after the Senate vote, the House of Representatives voted to pass the bill.
President Trump signed the three-week spending bill Monday night, officially ending the standoff.
