The government shutdown could come to and end Monday.
The Senate will vote on the funding bill at 11 a.m. Central time.
Last night, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell appeared on the Senate floor and tried to move the vote on the continuing resolution from 1 a.m. to 10 p.m., but Minority Leader Chuck Schumer objected.
McConnell then moved the vote to later Monday morning.
Senators from both parties are blaming each other for the shutdown of the federal government.
