A new year means a higher minimum wage in Minnesota. The rate is being adjusted for inflation to $9.65 an hour for large employers. It's $7.87 an hour for other state minimum wages.The adjustment stems from the new minimum wage bill signed into law by Governor Dayton in 2014.The change takes effect January 1st.
