Christmas Lighting Challenge winners announced

Winners have officially been announced for the 3rd annual Christmas Lighting Challenge in the Northland.

Competing communities included Cloquet, Two Harbors, Superior and Duluth. 

Winners were announced in each community, with both a residential winner and a local business winner.

Voting was entirely done online by the public, and garnered more than 1,000 votes.  

"We love this contest especially this year just because it really kind of brings community together around something really fun, and so we love the families memories building that it brings to everybody," says Peter Cpin, owner of A Sweet Event.

The 2017 Lighting Challenge had more than 80 homes and businesses competing throughout four communities making it the largest challenge so far:
