An update now to a story we first brought you last month - Federated Co-Op has bought two thirds of the Moose Lake Co-Op.
According to the Princeton based company, the feed store and the convenience store have been purchased.
The convenience store is open, and officials say they are hoping to have the feed store open Friday morning.
The fertilizer plant will stay closed for the time being, and may be sold at a later date.
The International Falls and Askov locations are not affected by this sale.
Five full-time employees have been hired, and officials say they hope to hire more people in the future.
