Trial for the man accused of killing an eight-months-pregnant woman will likely start in the spring.
William Hoehn is facing conspiracy to commit murder and kidnapping charges in the death of Savanna Greywind.
She disappeared from her home in Fargo back in august.
Her baby was found alive in an apartment close to where Hoehn lives.
Hoehn appeared in court Wednesday and asked the judge to start the trial after March.
In addition to his felony charges, he will also be charged with providing false information to police.
Brooke Crews, who is also on trial for the murder, is expected to plead guilty next week.
