KBJR 6 has learned new details involving the death of a Superior man found in a Proctor rail yard last month.
The Medical Examiner has ruled the death of Jack Cotrell an accident with a cause of "methamphetamine toxicity".
In addition, investigators say other factors of the 51-year-old's death include being in water as well as a lung condition known to cause shortness of breath.
According to authorities, foul play was not involved in his death.
Cotrell was reported missing on October 16th and was found days later on October 24th in a creek.
The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office says Cotrell was on CN property due to his alleged involvement with copper theft.
