Two arrested, meth and loaded handgun allegedly found during car search

DULUTH, MN -

Two people have been arrested after Duluth police allegedly found meth, a loaded handgun, and other drug related items inside their vehicle.

According to police, officers stopped a vehicle on the 600 block of East Fourth Street last Monday.

Inside, police found about 14 grams of meth, and arrested Kevin Roban, 35, of Saint Paul and a 28-year-old Waconia woman.

Roban was formally charged on Wednesday for first degree sale of a controlled substance with a firearm.

His bail has been set at $50,000 for Roban.

The Waconia woman has yet to be charged.
