Three people were arrested Friday night during an incident on Woodland Avenue.
Duluth Police say it started around 7:15 p.m. on the 2400 Block of Woodland Avenue.
Officers responded to a report from one of the renters that there were people in the residence.
Police arrived to find several people leaving.
Three people were arrested, but a fourth took off and was not found.
At least seven squads remained on scene until after 9 p.m. with officers searching the area.
Police say several items from the residence were found in a neighbor's yard.
It's believed the suspects and renters know each other.
Police believe there's no danger to the public.
It's not clear exactly what happened inside the home, and the investigation is ongoing.
