The holiday rush is now underway across the country.
More than 50 million Americans are expected to take to the roads and the skies for the Thanksgiving holiday.
The 2017 holiday weekend is expected to break holiday travel records set back in 2005.
Gas prices are also expected to be the highest they've been since 2014.
According to Gas Buddy, as of Wednesday morning, Minnesota's average prices were sitting at $2.49 per gallon. Meanwhile, Wisconsin's average is at $2.51 per gallon.
Those are both slightly below the national average, which is just under $2.54 per gallon.
