Police say that man allegedly played a role in at least one shooting incident over the weekend.
Around midnight Saturday, police the man arrested was apparently involved with a gun shot into the air on the 100 block of West 4th St.
Meanwhile, in an incident that happened five minutes earlier, a woman arrived at Essentia Health with a non-life threatening gun shot wound to her shoulder.
