President Trump is expected to sign an executive order Thursday on healthcare.
The President said he would be signing something this week that, "will be great, great healthcare for many, many people."
He hasn't revealed any details of the executive order, but says it will allow people to cross state lines and, "they will get great competitive healthcare and it will cost the United States nothing."
Since Congress did not repeal and replace Obamacare, Trump said he "decided to take it upon" himself, and says "but it's largely worked out."
