Allison Olley had a game-high 13 kills to lead the No. 6 University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) volleyball team to a 3-0 win over MSU-Mankato on Friday at Romano Gymnasium.
The Bulldogs took the first two sets without much resistance (25-13 and 25-18), but needed extra firepower to win the third set 28-26.
Sarah Kelly added nine kills and Kate Berg finished with eight, while Emily Torve tallied 35 assists in the winning effort.
The victory comes after the Bulldogs had their 10-game winning streak snapped last Saturday by top-ranked Southwest Minnesota State.
UMD is now (14-2) on the season and tomorrow will host No. 2 Concordia-St. Paul at 2 p.m.
