Hibbing woman convicted of burglary charges

Posted: Updated:

A Hibbing woman has learned her fate after a home invasion back in July.

Nikki Jo Spidel, 26, is convicted on burglary charges in the 2nd degree. Two first degree burglary charges were both dismissed today in St. Louis County court.

Spidel has also been sentenced to three years of supervised probation.

Back in July, Spidel and two others, Troy Crossley, 29, and Jeffrey Boney Junior, 23, were charged with felony first degree robbery.

Spidel was the alleged driver of the vehicle during the home invasion along the 1900 block of East 27th Street, in Hibbing.

The victim claims two men entered the home, hit him multiple times while he was asleep, and then left the home after taking marijuana and cash.
