President Trump will travel to hurricane-ravaged Florida Thursday.
The President said on Twitter he would meet with members of the Coast Guard, FEMA, and first responders.
This is the President's first trip to the region to get a look at the devastation caused by Irma.
Nearly all of the state has been affected by the hurricane, as millions of residents are still without power, and more than 100,000 people are living in shelters.
Meanwhile, a deal was announced Wednesday night between top Democrats and Trump, involving immigration.
The deal will protect certain immigrants brought illegally to this country as children, along with border security enhancements.
However, the deal does not include the President's long-sought border wall.
