Bayfront's Blues Festival is one of the Midwest's largest annual outdoor music events.
Nearly 20,000 blues music fans from around the world will set up their lawn chairs in the Bayfront Festival Park this weekend.
Thirty different musical acts, split between the main stage and acoustic stage.
The Festival started out as a one day event, but 29 years later, it's turned into a three day extravaganza, devoted to listening, playing and appreciating the blues.
Some festival goers have been attending the Blues Fest for more than a decade.
"It's a tradition, it's a good atmosphere being by the lake, and it's just a fun event," said Paul Ferber, who has been to the festival every year for the last 16 years with his friend Ryan Earp.
The festival continues Sunday at 11:30 a.m. and tickets can be purchased for $50 at the gate.
