With the help of many organizations, the "Meet on the Street" event welcomed people once again to Lincoln Park.
Traffic was closed down between 3rd street and 5th to make way for dancing, music, and food.
People were able to participant in bounce houses, arts and crafts, and games. While people worked up an appetite the Duluth Police Department grilled up food for everyone.
"It just gets people out and about. It's a friendly safe space. You know, we all get to share what we're about, and what we do. And we all bring a unique thing to the table," said Rock Hill Community Church member, Danielle Swenson.
Voter registration and community garden information were also available to attendees.
