A new mural in Lincoln Park created by Duluth Art Institute's artist-in-residence, Paul LaJeunesse was featured on Sunday.
Sunday's ribbon cutting ceremony highlights the mural, which celebrates local craft workers.
LaJeunesse says, he found inspiration by getting out into the community.
"In the process, you know the making of it, having interviewed the people, kind of hearing some of the stories, and what the different business owners went through, economy going down and how they worked through that so just getting to know the people."
This permanent, iconic image of area craft workers will be available for the public to enjoy for years to come.
