Two suspects arrested in a shooting in Duluth's Lincoln Park last Sunday appeared before a judge on Friday.
24-year-old Joshua Miller is charged with Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, assault and burglary.
40-year-old Katie Mahnke is charged with aiding and abetting.
According to the criminal complaint, the 34-year-old female victim allegedly sold drugs to the suspects on Saturday.
The suspects, along with a third unidentified man, told police they were shorted on the amount of meth they paid for, and felt the victim needed to quote "make it right."
The complaint alleges the three suspects returned to the victim's home the next night to collect the money, after apparently making threats during the day.
That's when Miller allegedly shot the victim in the arm as she was running out a back door.
She was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Miller is being held on a $300,000 bail.
Mahnke is being held on a $100,000 bail.
