A Hibbing teenager won't serve jail time for making threats of violence toward the school in a social media post.
A St. Louis County judge today sentenced Ledell Nash to three years of probation with conditions for posting a photo of himself on the app Snapchat holding an air-soft pistol with a caption indicating that he was going to shoot up the high school.
Conditions include no contact with Hibbing High School.
The complaint also says Nash, referring to the Assistant Hibbing High School Principal in a different post, said quote "time to go cow hunting".
The court ordered Nash to have no contact with the victim or family.
