The LCO band has recently appointed a new chairman.
Louis Taylor Sr. was sworn in last Friday along with three other council members.
According to the LCO Communications Office, Taylor Sr. has been on the governing board from 2002-2011, and was the former chairman from 2003-2011.
Through his campaign, he has touched on issues that he wants to work on; issues such as: financial services, election ordinance, drug testing, and the Enbridge pipeline.
Taylor Sr. would also like to have a playground built in the Signor community and for the New Post community center to be back up and running again.
