UPDATE: Four charged following a drug bust incident where 27 grams of heroin was found

Charges have been filed against the four people arrested following a discovery of 27 grams of heroin.

Charges range from aiding and abetting the sale of heroin to child endangerment.

A search warrant led police to the 1300 Block of 105th Ave. W where they discovered 27 grams of heroin, packaging material, scales, paraphernalia and over $1,300. 

Three of the four are expected back in court in July.

Four people have been arrested, and a juvenile taken into protective custody, following reports of a bust at a house in Duluth suspected of drug activity. 

During the execution of a search warrant in the 1300 Block of 105th Ave. W, authorities say they discovered 27 grams of heroin (including some individually packaged for sale), packaging material, scales, paraphernalia and over $1,300. 

A 28-year-old man from Illinois was arrested on pending charges of sale of heroin and obstructing the legal process without force. 

A 46-year-old man and a 27-year-old man, both from Duluth, were also arrested on pending charges of aiding and abetting the sale of heroin and child endangerment. 

A 25-year-old woman from Duluth was also arrested on pending charges of child endangerment, and a juvenile female (in the house at the time of the arrests) was taken into protective custody.
