DULUTH, MN -

Charges have been filed against a 21-year-old Cloquet man after two reports of women joggers being followed in May.

Tyler Stohlberg is charged with stalking and indecent exposure in both cases.

He admitted to both incidents during an interview with police and told them he had quote "impulse control issues with sexual behavior."

The first incident happened on the morning of May 10th in the 200 North block of 63rd Avenue West. The criminal complaint states the man, in this case, allegedly exposed himself.

A similar incident was reported the next day along Mike Colallio Drive.

According to the criminal complaint, Stohlberg told police there was another incident in 2017 where he allegedly engaged in the same behavior with an unidentified female in the area of 56th Avenue West.

Stohlberg is due back in court on June 26th.
