MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Minneapolis is the northernmost city to host a Super Bowl, and tourism officials are making the most of that as they prepare to welcome visitors to the "Bold North." ROCHESTER, Minn. (AP) - A man accused of fatally shooting a driver in a confrontation over a traffic crash in Rochester is charged with second-degree murder. ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - The executive director of Minnesota's Republican Party is reacting cautiously to the chairwoman's request to get a personal cut from large donations to the party. Chairwoman Jennifer Carnahan is seeking a 10 percent commission on big donations, saying her $67,000 salary isn't enough. Executive director Matthew Pagano didn't comment directly but says salary adjustments are "normal" for state party chairs.
