 According to the Ashland County Sheriff's Office, the accident happened at 7:45 a-m on State Highway 112, two miles south of Ashland. A preliminary investigation determined that a Lakeshore bus was traveling Northbound on STH 112 and was slowing to make a left hand turn when it was struck from behind by the 16-year-old.
